Pumpkin Chai Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup of nut butter such as almond-cashew
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp Aangen Yogi Tea (available at The Root Natural Health Clinic)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and spoon onto greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes
