Q: Do you offer Virtual Care?
A: Yes! In addition to in-clinic services, our Naturopathic Doctors and Physiotherapist also offer virtual (phone/video) consultations should that be appropiate for your care. This enables you to access the care you need from the comfort, safety, and convenience of your own home.
Q: Do I need a referral to see a Naturopathic Doctor?
A: Naturopathic services do not require a referral from a medical doctor.
Q: Are visits to a naturopath covered by OHIP?
A: Treatment by a Naturopathic Doctor is not covered by OHIP, however most extended health care plans (Third Party Insurance Plans) do cover the cost of your visits. Check at your workplace to find out whether your benefits package includes naturopathic medicine.
Q: What is naturopathic medicine?
A: Naturopathic medicine focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of your health concerns and goals. Therapeutic modalities include Clinical Nutrition, Botanical Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Emotional & Lifestyle Counselling, and Physical Medicine. Our Naturopathic Doctors work WITH you to create a plan that hope will be both effective and realistic, while providing you with the time and space to feel heard and cared for.
Q: What happens during an initial Naturopathic visit?
A: Your initial appointment will take approximately ninety minutes and include a focused history of your health concern(s) as well as a complete health history. If more time is required it will be made available for you. The duration of each appointment and the frequency of follow-up appointments are based on individual needs. Discussion, explanation and understanding are key components to empower patients to take control of their health with the support of their Naturopathic Doctor.

A: We offer direct Billing for many Private Insurance Plans, and also accept debit, MasterCard, AMEX, and Visa.
