Hello there! I’m Dr. Stephanie Fairborn, ND, and it’s been a joy to be a part of The Root Natural Health Clinic since 2018! It’s an incredible space, and I look forward to supporting you on your health journey.

My clinical focus is working with patients to support them with their Metabolic Health, from managing blood sugar levels to improving cholesterol and supporting weight management. My approach prioritizes evidence-based strategies to address these health challenges comprehensively. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of considering interconnected factors such as energy levels, hormonal balance, sleep quality, and stress management to promote overall metabolic well-being.

My goal with patients is to meet you where you are and help to build your health plan so that it feels sustainable and effective for working towards your specific health goals.

When I’m not working with patients, you can find me outside chasing after my daughter or curled up with a good book.

I look forward to connecting with you!
